"I needed a replacement part for my Soniclean..."
I needed a replacement part for my Soniclean and, i was half expecting the usual polished website talk with no actual way to buy what I needed. But the part was actually listed, and ordering it was straightforward. It did take me a little while to make sure I had the exact right one, but it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and did the job. Not perfect, but it worked out fine. 4 stars.

"Brush roll barely picked up any hair!!"
I was disappointed... the brush roll barely picked up hair at all!! I used it on my rugs and it still left dirt behind, which was super frustrating!!!

I mean, it works fine and all, so I can’t really complain too much. It does what it’s supposed to do, but the price feels a little high for what you’re getting. Like, it’s okay value overall, just not something I’d call amazing.

"Fine overall, but the tracking could be better"
My order did show up, but the tracking didn’t update for a few days so I ended up having to reach out and check on it. The product works fine now, I just wish the shipping updates and timing felt a little more reliable. Not a terrible experience, but not amazing either

"Fair price, no surprises"
I went with Soniclean mostly because the price seemed fair compared to the other sites I checked. Checkout was easy and there weren’t any weird last-minute fees, which I really appreciated. I got exactly what I paid for and, it felt worth it. I’d buy from them again if the prices stay about the same

"Warranty support felt slow and unclear"
I had a problem and tried to go through the warranty process, but it took way longer than I expected. The replies I got were short, and maybe I was reading into the tone, but it felt like they were annoyed or just trying to move me along without really explaining anything. I kept having to ask what the next step was. They did eventually sort it out, but the whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Bags were okay, but didn’t hold up as well as I hoped"
The bags fit fine when I first put them in, and at first I thought they’d be totally fine. They did fill up quickly though, and one ended up ripping when I was taking it out. That was kind of frustrating, though it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything. I just expected them to be a little sturdier for the price.

"It worked for a while, then let me down"
At first, it worked totally fine and I didn’t really think much about it. But a few months in, the casing cracked, and I remember feeling that little wave of disappointment because I’d expected it to last longer. It held up okay overall, but I wouldn’t say it was great

"Feels super solid??"
I’ve had mine for a few weeks now, and it feels really sturdy. Nothing rattles, nothing feels cheap, and even the buttons have a nice firm click to them. Will it hold up long term?? Seems like it will, and so far I’m happy with it.

They helped me get things sorted out, which I appreciated. I do have a high standard when it comes to support, so I would’ve liked it to be a bit quicker, but overall they handled the issue well

"Works alright for pet hair"
I picked this up mostly to deal with dog hair on my rugs. It gets a fair bit of it, but I usually end up going over the same areas a couple of times before it looks clean. It’s not terrible by any means, just not quite as impressive as I was hoping. For the price, I figured it would handle pet hair a little better.

I’m kind of thrilled with how well this works on my soft carpet. I didn’t expect much, but it handled it like a champ! The only thing is, it can get loud sometimes, like, wow, okay, we get it, you’re working hard. Still, overall I’m really happy with it

I just started using this recently, and my first impression is that it looks nice and has a modern feel. It works fine in my space, but after using it the past few days, the bulkier parts stand out more than I expected. I still like it overall, I just wish the design was a bit simpler and easier to store...

"Wish the packaging had been handled better"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was crushed and the tape was barely holding on, which made me regret ordering it a bit at first. The product itself ended up working fine, but the beat-up packaging made the whole thing feel kind of careless.

"I bought this because my old vacuum..."
I bought this because my old vacuum was constantly getting clogged with dog hair and dust, and it was such a pain. This one has been a big improvement. I’ve used it on rugs and the hallway carpet, and so far I haven’t had to stop once to pull anything out. It feels reliable and does a solid job, especially if you’re dealing with pet hair like I am. The bin is simple to empty too, which is a nice bonus. I’m really happy with it so far.

"Disappointing on hard floors"
I tried this on my kitchen tile and wood floors, it didn’t do great. Instead of picking everything up, it mostly just pushed dust around and left streaks behind. For the price, I really expected better. I also don’t have much faith that customer service would be helpful if I reached out, so I’m probably just stuck being disappointed.

"Kinda way quieter than my old one"
It’s really not loud at all. I can actually clean while my kids are watching TV, which is kinda nice compared to my old one.
